A mobile service rig moves often—sometimes daily—to new jobs on different wellsites.

We supplied a John Deere engine rated at 400 hp for use in this rig. The engine has an Allison transmission installed with a NAMCO transfer case to allow power to either the driveline (road mode) or draw works/winch (rig mode).

We also supplied the radiator, Horton variable speed fan, engine control panel, circulating coolant heater, Spinner oil centrifuge, Roda positive air shutoff valve, Donaldson air cleaner, and air compressor governor. The engine control panel was engineered and built by us.

The radiator was designed and built by Global Heat Transfer to fit the application.
